Weekly Challenge

You Can Do Anything But Not Everything

You can do anything you set your mind to BUT you can’t do everything at one time. This is something I struggle with all the time. I read a good book and have all these ideas and want to do them all right now. It usually ends up with me being overwhelmed and not getting the results I wanted. Pick 1-2 things first and master those. Then pick another couple habits. You will be amazed at how quickly you can add new habits that actually stick by doing it this way.

Don’t Give Up Too Soon

How many times do you start a new nutrition program or workout program and you are crushing it the first couple weeks. Then you either don’t see the results you want or you get bored and 💥 you are right back to square one. We give up too soon before we see results. Real results, long term results come from being disciplined. From sticking with something once you made the decision to do it. Discipline!

Prioritize Your Goals – Week 4

Being a mom (especially with littles) is HARD! But waiting to start your fitness journey until they…. is not a good answer. If you want the energy to keep up with them, give me 30 minutes during their nap time or when they are playing by themselves to work on you and I can guarantee you will feel better. You will have the energy to run and play with them. You will enjoy those days when they are little just a little bit more. Feeling good about yourself puts you in a better mood. It makes you smile which makes everyone around you smile.
Who is ready to say YES?

Small Steps – Week 2

Week 2 Challenge:

Weekly Motto! EVERY small step you take towards your goal gets you closer to achieving it. Taking small steps will make it feel like you can do it.
This week – Write down what your big goal and when you want to achieve it. Next write down what you need to do to achieve it. What do you need to do each day to reach your goal? Now, DO those small steps. Each day may not be easy, but it will be worth it!

Be Prepared – Week 1

Week 1 – April 6, 2021!!

This week I am trying to prepare my mindset that I can do this. My 1st attempt last fall I made it around 40 days and slipped. That’s the deal with this challenge. It’s all or nothing. It’s commitment to you – your body and mind and it is TOUGH!
This year I set the goal to be in the best shape of my life by the time I turn 40 (Fit40 goal). This challenge will get me to that goal.
I would LOVE any accountability partners if you are willing to do the challenge with me or want more info about the challenge!!!
